Grind the chamomile leaves in the grinder after placing them there. Grinding chamomile is a simple process that shouldn’t require much time or effort.

3. Pour chamomile into the tea bag.

Once the chamomile has been ground, put it in the tea bag and fasten the thread shut.

4. Put the tea bag into the cup of your choosing and add hot water to it.

When filling the mug, I like to place the tea bag inside an empty one and let the water run along the bag. Although it seems to activate a little bit quicker, you can steep your tea for however long you like during this step!
